They are manufactured using a ceramic composite based on silicon carbide combined with ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), allowing for an optimal balance of strength and controlled weight.
Key Properties
The armor plates are capable of stopping up to three consecutive hits from B-32 armor-piercing rounds at velocities exceeding 800 m/s.
The model meets the NIJ Level IV protection standard, ensuring effective resistance against armor-piercing threats.
