Thanks to Air-wave Technology and the Oxford weave, the fabric allows excellent airflow, efficiently dissipates excess heat, and keeps your head cool even in hot weather.

Despite its lightweight construction, the fabric offers excellent resistance to abrasion and mechanical wear. The integrated nylon fibers significantly increase durability, allowing the hat to be used together with plate carriers, backpacks, and other tactical equipment without premature wear. An additional advantage is the No Melt / No Drip technology—thanks to the high cotton content, the fabric does not melt when exposed to open flames. As a result, the hat remains comfortable even under demanding field conditions.

Velcro® Brand (USA) maintains its performance even after hundreds of opening and closing cycles and remains flexible in cold temperatures. MMI Textiles (USA) webbing is reinforced at high-stress points, while the entire hat is sewn using premium Amann Saba and Gütermann threads, providing exceptional strength, UV resistance, and long service life.
