Our bonus program is a way to thank you for your trust and continued support. By collecting bonuses for each order, you can reduce the cost of your next purchases in our store.
Bonuses are credited automatically within 10 calendar days after you receive your order from the delivery service.
To receive bonuses, you must be a registered user of our website. If you placed an order without registration, bonuses for that order will not be credited.

What you need to do:
1. Take a photo of the product you purchased.
2. Post the photo on your Instagram page (story or post).
3. Tag our account @wroom.ua.
4. Inform the manager about your participation in the promotion.
After your participation is confirmed by the manager, we will additionally credit +5% bonuses from the amount of your order.
The promotion is combined with the basic bonuses.
- Basic bonuses are credited from the value of your order (according to the standard or promotional scheme).
- +5% bonus is added if you took part in the “Take a photo and recommend us” promotion.
- 1 bonus point = 1 hryvnia discount on your next purchase.
- The maximum number of bonuses that can be used to pay for an order is up to 70% of the product cost.
That is, if your order costs 1000 UAH, you can use a maximum of 700 UAH in bonuses, and the remaining 300 UAH must be paid with your own funds.
- Bonuses cannot be used to pay for delivery.
- Only registered users can use bonuses.
- Bonuses are valid for 12 months from the moment they are credited.
- After this period ends, unused points are canceled without compensation.
1. Log in to your account on the website.
2. Go to the “Personal account” → “Bonuses” section.
3. You will see your current bonus balance and be able to find out how much discount is available for your next purchase.
