The GHOST GEN5 model was developed after a detailed analysis of user requirements from those operating equipment in demanding conditions. The primary focus was placed on ergonomics, material reliability, modularity, and stable structural performance under load.

Key structural elements:

• Redesigned shoulder straps.
  Thanks to the reduced width, the straps sit anatomically correct, do not cause chafing, and do not restrict movement. This shape provides precise and fast weapon shouldering.
• Shoulder interface area with Hypalon inserts.
  The material increases friction with the weapon stock, improving control and movement stability.

• LaserCut platform.
  LaserCut was chosen for its higher rigidity, lower weight, deformation resistance, and clean appearance. The system ensures secure equipment mounting while minimizing unnecessary elements.
• Tegris-based cummerbund.
  The rigid composite base maintains shape, does not sag, and supports additional equipment weight. Elastic sections provide adaptability during movement.

Level 1 ballistic protection:

The GHOST GEN5 design includes Level 1 side ballistic protection, providing additional safety against side impacts without limiting user mobility.
Level 1 armor effectively protects against handgun rounds, fragments, and shrapnel, making it an optimal solution for users who require minimal weight, high mobility, and a basic level of protection during active operations.

GHOST GEN5 features a fully modular design:
