The GHOST GEN5 model was created after a thorough review of user requirements from those who operate gear in complex and dynamic environments. During development, the priorities were ergonomics, structural stability under load, modularity, as well as material reliability and long-term durability.

Key structural elements

• Shoulder straps with revised geometry
  Thanks to the reduced width, the straps sit anatomically correct on the shoulders, do not cause chafing, and do not restrict movement. This shape ensures precise and fast shouldering.
• Shouldering zone with Hypalon inserts
  In the contact area with the weapon stock, Hypalon inserts are used to create additional grip, improve control, and stabilize movement during use.

• LaserCut platform
  LaserCut was selected for its optimal balance of rigidity and low weight, deformation resistance, and clean appearance. The system allows secure attachment of equipment and removes excess elements from the design.
• Tegris cummerbund
  The rigid composite Tegris base maintains its shape, does not sag over time, and supports the weight of additional equipment. The elastic section adapts to user movement without losing stability.

Class 1 ballistic protection

The GHOST GEN5 design includes Class 1 side ballistic protection, adding an extra level of safety against lateral impacts without restricting user mobility.
Class 1 ballistic panels effectively protect against handgun rounds, fragments, and shrapnel, making this an optimal solution for users who need minimal weight, high maneuverability, and a base level of protection during active use.

Full modular design

GHOST GEN5 features a fully modular architecture and supports:

• interchangeable shoulder straps;

• removable pads;

• the option to install different types of cummerbund;

• replaceable components of the quick-release system.

The model also supports additional protective modules: neck, shoulder, groin, and side.

Performance GEN II kit

The set includes Performance GEN II — a lightweight and functional system for working with AK/AR magazines:

• fast access thanks to the open format;

• retention with elastic guides;

• capacity for three magazines;

• expandable via MOLLE and Velcro;
