How this model was born:

1. Optimized shoulder straps:
   Soldiers asked to reduce their width.
   We did exactly that — achieving ideal shoulder placement.
   The carrier does not chafe, does not shift, and does not restrict movement.

   
   

2. Perfect shouldering for shooting:
   We added modern Hypalon material — thanks to it, the weapon stock remains stable and does not slip.
   Movements become more precise, control is improved, and shoulder transitions are faster.

   
   

3. Only the best materials, without compromises:
   We consciously refused to save on materials:

• Squadron 500/500
• Italian hardware 2M SPIDER
• The strongest TYTAN threads
• Velcro Alfatex

These are materials used in premium models that withstand years of active use.

4. LaserCut instead of classic MOLLE:
   We chose LaserCut — because it is:

• cleaner in appearance
• does not absorb extra weight
• does not deform under load

The attachment system has become more reliable and modern.

5. Tegris cummerbund — a level above the standard:

Most cummerbunds are soft.
We made them from Tegris composite, which holds its shape and withstands heavy gear without sagging.

The additional elastic insert makes it adaptable to any body.

6. Modularity: every element can be replaced:

The plate carrier is built like a modular system.
If a damper, strap, or quick-release component wears out over time — you can replace everything yourself, without services or tailors.

The plate carrier also features Level 1 side ballistic protection, which provides additional safety against lateral impacts and protects vital body zones during active tasks.
