We took every one of these requirements into account and implemented them in the GHOST GEN5 Multicam Black USA.

How This Model Was Created

During development, we asked ourselves one key question:

Operators directly pointed out the issue of excessive shoulder strap width. We redesigned and narrowed the straps to achieve an ideal fit on the shoulders.

The plate carrier does not cause chafing, does not shift during movement, does not restrict mobility, and provides a natural, comfortable fit.

2. Stable Weapon Mounting Platform

We integrated modern Hypalon material to provide maximum stability when mounting the weapon stock.

It prevents slipping, improves weapon control, and allows for faster and more accurate shooting.

We deliberately refused to compromise on materials:

• Italian-made 2M SPIDER hardware

4. LaserCut Instead of Traditional MOLLE

We chose LaserCut because it is:

5. Tegris-Based Cummerbund

Most cummerbunds are soft and unstable.

We chose to use the composite material Tegris, which:

• does not sag over time

Elastic inserts make it adaptable to virtually any body type.

6. Additional Level 1 Ballistic Protection

The GHOST GEN5 Multicam Black USA supports the installation of soft Level 1 ballistic protection in accordance with Ukrainian standards, significantly increasing the protected area without compromising mobility or comfort.

The plate carrier is designed to allow the user to independently configure the required level of protection depending on mission requirements and operating conditions.

When needed, the system can be equipped with additional Level 1 ballistic inserts to protect:
