We redesigned the structure and achieved the optimal balance: the plate carrier sits correctly on the shoulders, doesn’t chafe, doesn’t shift, and doesn’t restrict movement during use.

2. A Perfect Shooting Shoulder Area

A modern Hypalon material is used in the shoulder area.
This ensures the stock is held as steadily as possible and won’t slip. Movements become more precise, control improves, and shouldering becomes faster.

3. Only Proven Materials—No Compromises

We deliberately refused to cut corners on components. The construction uses materials found in premium gear and designed for years of intensive field use:

4. LaserCut Instead of Classic MOLLE

We chose LaserCut because it is:

As a result, the mounting system became more modern and reliable.

5. Tegris-Based Cummerbund—A Level Above Standard

Most cummerbunds have a soft structure.
GHOST GEN5 uses the composite material Tegris, which holds its shape and supports heavy gear without sagging.
Additional elastic inserts ensure adaptation to any body type.

6. Full Modularity—Every Element Is Replaceable

The plate carrier is designed like a modular system.
If padding, straps, or the quick-release elements wear out over time—every component can be replaced independently, without service or sewing work.
