Petzl ARIA 2 RGB 450: a powerful, compact, and rugged headlamp designed for use in conditions where reliable illumination, hands-free operation, and the ability to remain discreet are essential. The model is suitable for military and tactical tasks, hunting, fishing, trekking, camping, wildlife observation, and other activities in the dark.

The headlamp provides a light output of up to 450 lumens when powered by the included AAA/LR03 batteries and combines two beam types: a wide, uniform beam for comfortable close-range work and a mixed beam for effective illumination while moving.

One of the key features of the ARIA 2 RGB is the additional red, green, and blue lighting. Colored light allows specialized tasks to be performed without constantly using a bright white beam. Red light helps preserve night vision and reduces the user's visibility, green light increases contrast and makes map reading easier, while blue light can be useful for detecting tracks and working near water. RGB light supports both continuous and flashing modes.

Easy operation even while wearing gloves

All main functions are controlled by one large button, making it easy to switch brightness levels and light colors even while wearing gloves. The lamp housing can be tilted up or down, directing the beam exactly where it is needed.

The LOCK function prevents the headlamp from accidentally turning on during transport or storage. A battery level indicator is also provided, displaying the battery status when the lamp is switched on and off.

HYBRID CONCEPT: two power options

Thanks to HYBRID CONCEPT technology, the Petzl ARIA 2 RGB can operate using either three standard AAA/LR03 batteries or the proprietary Petzl CORE rechargeable battery, which can be purchased separately.

When using the CORE rechargeable battery, the headlamp automatically adapts its performance to the installed power source. Maximum output in this configuration can reach 600 lumens, with a beam distance of 115 meters.

Rugged housing for demanding conditions

The housing has an IP67 protection rating: the headlamp is protected against dust and can withstand immersion in water up to 1 meter deep for 30 minutes.

The model is also designed to withstand mechanical stress: impact resistance complies with IK07, while the construction can withstand drops from heights of up to 2 meters. This makes the ARIA 2 RGB suitable for active use in field conditions.

The headlamp comes with a removable elastic headband with symmetrical adjustment. It can be worn on the head or around the neck, and with compatible HELMET ADAPT and SLOT ADAPT mounts, it can be installed directly on a compatible helmet.
