Construction & Materials

Sleeves & Shoulder Area

The sleeves and shoulder area are made from Cotton/Nylon Oxford Air-wave MultiCam fabric by Crye Precision (USA).

Material composition:

• 75% long-staple cotton

• 25% high-strength nylon

Thanks to the Air-wave technology and the unique Oxford weave, the fabric provides exceptional breathability, quickly dissipates excess heat, and ensures effective ventilation even in hot weather.

Despite its lightweight construction, the material offers excellent abrasion resistance and withstands heavy loads from plate carriers, backpacks, and other equipment.

The No Melt / No Drip technology provides an additional level of safety: thanks to its high cotton content, the fabric does not melt when exposed to high temperatures but instead chars locally, reducing the risk of thermal injuries.

Central Section (Jersey Knit)

The central body section is made from high-performance Jersey Desert Sand 500 knit fabric by Brookwood (USA).

The material belongs to the No Melt / No Drip class, efficiently wicks moisture away from the body, and maintains an optimal microclimate under a plate carrier even during intensive activity.

The knit fabric dries quickly, offers excellent breathability, and provides natural stretch without restricting movement. When exposed to high temperatures, it does not melt or form molten droplets but instead chars locally, creating an additional protective barrier between the heat source and the body.

Comfort in High-Stress Areas

The inner shoulder area, yoke, and upper collar are lined with soft Brookwood Jersey knit fabric to significantly improve comfort.

This solution:
