The GHOST GEN5 model was created after a detailed analysis of user requests from those who operate gear in complex and dynamic conditions. During development, the main focus was placed on ergonomics, material reliability, modularity and stable performance of the structure under load.

Key structural elements:

• Shoulder straps with an updated configuration.
  Thanks to the reduced width, the straps sit anatomically correctly, do not chafe, and do not restrict movement. This shape ensures a precise and fast shoulder placement.
• Shouldering area with Hypalon inserts.
  At the contact point with the stock, Hypalon inserts are used to provide additional grip, improve control, and stabilize movement.

Mounting system and functional solutions:

• LaserCut platform.
  LaserCut was chosen for its balance of rigidity and low weight, resistance to deformation, and clean appearance. The system allows secure attachment of gear and minimizes unnecessary elements in the design.
• Tegris cummerbund.
  The rigid composite base retains its shape, does not sag, and supports the weight of additional equipment. The elastic section provides adaptive movement without sacrificing stability.

Class 2 ballistic protection:
The GHOST GEN5 design includes Class 2 side ballistic protection, which increases overall safety against side impacts without limiting the user’s mobility.
Class 2 ballistic protection effectively shields against handgun rounds, fragments, and shrapnel, remaining an optimal choice for those who value minimal weight, high maneuverability, and a basic level of protection during active operations.

GHOST GEN5 features a fully modular design:
