GHOST GEN5 is the result of real-world work with those who rely on their gear every day in true field conditions.

This model was developed based on direct requests from GUR and NGU operators, who clearly outlined what most plate carriers on the market lack:
comfort, well-thought-out solutions, modern ergonomics, and stable performance without any compromises.

We listened to every point — and implemented them in GHOST GEN5.

How this model came to life

During development, we asked ourselves a key question:
“What should a plate carrier be like so that the operator doesn’t adapt to the gear — the gear adapts to the operator?”

The answer to this question became the foundation of GHOST GEN5.

Optimized shoulder straps

Operators directly pointed out the issue of excessive width.
We reduced the straps — achieving an ideal fit on the shoulders.

The plate carrier does not chafe, does not shift, does not restrict movement, and maintains natural ergonomics even under load.

Stable shooting shoulder pad

We added modern Hypalon, ensuring the weapon stock is securely stabilized and does not slip.
This improves control, makes movements more precise, and allows for faster, more confident shouldering.

Materials without compromise

We deliberately avoided cost-cutting and used only proven solutions:

• Cordura 1000D USA

• Squadron 500/1000 USA

• Italian 2M SPIDER hardware

• Ultra-strong TYTAN threads

• Velcro Alfatex

These materials are used in premium gear and are designed to withstand years of intensive use.

LaserCut instead of classic MOLLE

We chose LaserCut because this system is:

• stronger

• lighter

• cleaner in appearance

• does not add unnecessary weight

• does not deform under load

As a result, the attachment system is more modern and more reliable.

Tegris-based cummerbund — above the standard

Most cummerbunds are soft and unstable.
We used composite Tegris, which:

• retains its shape

• supports heavy equipment

• does not sag over time

Additional elastic inserts ensure adaptability to any body type.

Full modularity

GHOST GEN5 is designed as a modular system.
If over time a pad, strap, or quick-release component wears out — all elements can be replaced independently, without service centers or tailoring.

This is gear that lasts significantly longer.
