Split Cut 80 mm Quick-Release System — a repair system designed for quick replacement of damaged or worn hardware on plate carriers, body armor, load-bearing systems and other tactical equipment. The key feature of this model is the ability to replace the system without unstitching the equipment or cutting the webbing.

Thanks to the special Split Cut design, the system can be installed directly onto already sewn-in webbing. The damaged component can be removed and replaced with a new one without complicated repairs or the use of sewing equipment. This is especially important for rapid equipment repairs in field conditions.

The design is engineered to withstand lateral and dynamic loads. The mechanism provides stable fixation, minimizes play and prevents accidental opening during active use.

The system features two quick-release methods — using a paracord pull cord or by manually pressing the mechanism. Even if the cord is damaged or lost, the system remains functional and can be opened manually.

The design is adapted for one-handed operation and use with tactical gloves. The Side Entry installation principle simplifies mounting and allows the system to be quickly integrated into existing equipment.

The system is made from wear-resistant polyamide, resistant to moisture, dirt, temperature fluctuations and repeated opening and closing cycles.
