The ARCH helmet is the choice of professionals working in the field of defense and security. It is used by the U.S. Army and has gained recognition among military personnel and specialists in many countries around the world. The model stands out for its durable aramid construction and ten internal “Metogu” foam pads that precisely adapt to the shape of the head, providing the highest possible level of protection.
The helmet is manufactured in Denmark by Protection Group Danmark and exceeds standard safety requirements. The NIJ IIIA and STANAG 2920 protection level is higher than the NIJ 0106.01 standard and has been confirmed by tests using Magnum 44 and Sig 357, making it one of the most effective helmets in its class.
Resistance to fragments and shrapnel at speeds of up to 700 m/s is only one of its key features. Weighing 1.35 kg (approximately 25% less than most equivalents), it is among the lightest helmets in the world, improving mobility and helping to preserve life.
Thanks to its modern ballistic aramid structure, the helmet effectively reduces the impact of shock waves on the head and neck, providing protection against modern handguns and maintaining reliable performance even in extreme conditions.
An additional advantage is the use of high-quality Kevlar aramid fiber from the leading manufacturer DuPont. The ultra-soft internal pads with PGD-10 memory foam technology increase comfort during prolonged use and help reduce injuries caused by impacts.
The ARCH helmet design includes special cutouts in the ear area for convenient installation of active hearing protection, as well as side rails for mounting additional equipment. In addition, mounts are provided for night vision devices, thermal imagers, cameras, and other gear.
Active Earmor M32 (X) hearing protection is included with the helmet:
The M32 (X) hearing protection provides effective defense against loud noise while still allowing clear perception of surrounding sounds. Sounds are captured by two directional microphones and transmitted through speakers in the ear cups.
M32 (X) also provides hearing protection in noisy environments by limiting harmful sounds to a safe level of 82 dB, while quieter sounds are automatically amplified.
Key features of the M32 (X) hearing protection:
- Effectively reduces harmful noise above 82 dB
- Detachable reversible microphone that can be mounted on either the left or right side
- Amplification of low-level sounds
- Comfortable ear cushions for a secure and comfortable fit
- Four independent high-quality audio speakers for external audio and ambient sounds
- Adjustable padded headband for personalized comfort
- Foldable design for convenient storage and transport
- Automatic shut-off after 4 hours
- Durable impact-resistant polycarbonate housing, 3 mm thick
- Water resistance rated IPX-5
- Powered by 2×1.5V AAA batteries, approximately up to 350 hours of operation
Experience the advantages of the ARCH helmet — a combination of reliability, low weight, and modern technologies designed for your safety.
