Enhanced ballistic protection of modern gear is not an option, but an objective necessity. With this approach, fragmentation ballistic sleeves GHOST GEN5 (size L) were developed, designed to increase the protection area without significant weight gain and without reducing user mobility.

The sleeves are installed quickly without complex procedures and can be easily removed when necessary. The design allows to rapidly adapt the plate carrier to changing conditions without fully disassembling the equipment. The solution is universal and well-balanced — the sleeves do not restrict movement, do not interfere with active use, and the gear retains its familiar ergonomics.

For installation, it is sufficient to remove the standard padding elements and replace them with ballistic sleeves, combining elements if necessary. This approach provides flexible gear configuration for individual tasks while maintaining an optimal balance between protection and comfort.

Inside the sleeves, a soft ballistic package made of UHMWPE (Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) is used. The material effectively counteracts fragments and forms an additional cushioning layer, reducing the risk of secondary injuries.

Fragmentation ballistic sleeves are intended for use exclusively with a plate carrier and integrate into the system as a component of a unified protective solution.

The soft ballistic protection has passed testing and complies with certified class compliance protocols.
