Enhanced ballistic protection in modern gear is not a luxury, but a necessity. With this concept in mind, fragmentation ballistic sleeves GHOST GEN5 (size L) were developed, allowing to significantly increase the protection area without critical weight gain and without loss of mobility.

The sleeves are easy to install and just as quick to remove when needed. The design allows to quickly adapt the plate carrier to changing conditions without fully disassembling the gear. The solution is universal and well-balanced — the sleeves do not restrict movement, do not interfere with active actions, and the equipment maintains its familiar ergonomics.

For installation, it is sufficient to remove the standard padding and replace it with ballistic sleeves, if necessary combining elements with each other. This approach allows to flexibly configure the gear to individual requirements while maintaining a balance between protection and comfort.

Inside the sleeves, a soft ballistic package made of UHMWPE (Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) is used. The material effectively works against fragments and creates an additional cushioning layer, which reduces the risk of secondary injuries.

Fragmentation ballistic sleeves are designed for use exclusively with a plate carrier and integrate into the system as part of a unified protective solution.

The soft ballistic protection has passed testing and has certified test protocols confirming class compliance.
